LIFE BY THE WATER
The client wanted maximum use of their lot, but most importantly wanted to feel a part of their environment. They didn’t want to feel separated from their gorgeous view.
They wanted the house to be upscale but with a country flare. We designed the fireplace with built in wood storage, making the wood part of the decor of their living room, lending a country feel. A Large door opens the wall to the water, cooling the house with the scent of fresh sea air, giving the feeling of being outdoors. Fully opening windows add to the ambiance.
