EXPERIENCE
Project Manager | Architectural Interior Designer for Harmony Decor, Portland, Oregon
- Interior design for residential and commercial tenant improvement projects (F&B, beauty services, hospitality, etc.)
- Architectural design for residential and small mixed-use, middle housing, multi-family, and commercial buildings.
- Residential land development: land division, middle housing
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and planning regulations
- Produce construction documents, technical drawings, conceptual renderings, and presentation drawings.
- Present concepts and projects through graphic and verbal storytelling.
- Perform code research and code check, manage and oversee permitting process.
- Utilize empathetic skills to work with clients’ needs, concerns, and preferences, ensuring that their unique personalities and stories are reflected in the design.
- Oversight, manage and mentor design team from concept design through construction.

INTERESTS
Vy enjoys architecture and interiours both professionally and as hobbies. Outside of work she likes exploring city life, cool architecture and interiors, discovering the food scenes, and catching Pokemon. She values spending quality time with family and friends and enjoys drawing what inspires her, and occaionally playing the piano.
